TRI Reagent, 总RNA提取的王牌试剂

TRI Reagent®是Chomczynski发明的一步法总RNA提取试剂的改良版,是世界知名公司Molecular Research Center(MRC)的专利产品。


TRI reagent方法经过广泛验证和应用,发表文献超过50万篇,是目前最经典和最常用的RNA抽提方法,是快速、经济、高效提取总RNA或同时提取RNA/DNA/蛋白的理想选择,适用于人、动物、植物、细菌、病毒等不同物种来源的多种类型的生物样本。


TRI Reagent®法可在1小时内分离总RNA分子,得到的RNA无DNA或蛋白的污染,后续实验可用于Northern blot、mRNA分离、体外转录/反转录、RNase保护实验、克隆、cDNA文库构建和PCR/qPCR等。

TRI Reagent®提取HeLa细胞总RNA

分别使用TRI Reagent®、TRI Pure和TRIzol®从HeLa细胞提取总RNA,得到的200ul总RNA溶液中取2ul进行电泳检测.RMA Marker(M)范围0.2bp-10kb(货号R7020)
