考察纪实
Happy Valley International Experimental School organized a visit to Shinjo Waste Water Treatment Plant in Longtangzhai, Guiyang, on April 03, 2018 for grade 12 students.
The GAC023 Science III require knowledge of waste water treatment processes and the analysis of water pollution thus it is beneficial to investigate these aspects of the course in the applied real time work environment of a waste water treatment facility.
Students were accompanied on a tour of the site by the operations manager who gave a detailed step-by step guide describing each stage of the treatment treatment process and how pollutants are removed to help keep the waterways of Guiyang clean.
2018年4月3日，乐湾国际实验学校高三国际班全体同学在外教Willem博士的带领下，参观了新庄污水厂。本次参观的主要目的是为了让学生了解市政污水处理的操作过程，并帮助学生理解GAC科学课程中关于废水处理的实际知识。
新庄污水厂建立于2012年，结合了贵州的地形优势，该厂可日处理污水２５万吨，服务范围包括贵阳市中心城区、新添寨片区中南部、龙洞堡片区和二戈寨片区北部，服务人口可达１０８万人，远期可达１４０万人，是贵阳已建和在建总体规模最大的污水处理厂。
在设备间里，工作人员详细讲解了未经处理的污水是如何收集、处理并排放到南明河里，以确保贵阳市水道的清洁。通过本次参观，学生深入了解了污水处理厂操作的每一步环节，以及处理厂每个部件的功能（例如沉砂池，二次澄清池等等）。参观最后，学生与工作人员就在参观过程中产生的问题进行了问答。
