高效液相色谱法-电雾式检测器测定脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中环氧乙烷加合数的分布

摘要: 建立了高效液相色谱法-电雾式检测器分析脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中环氧乙烷加合数分布的方法。用乙腈和水作为流动相,在C18柱上梯度洗脱分离,并采用电雾式检测器进行信号采集,样品中各组分按照加合数减小依次洗脱,在高效液相色谱-子阱质谱联用技术下采用正离子扫描模式对各组分进行定量,该方法简单、快速,重复性好,可应用于产品的生产监控。

Determination of the distribution of ethylene oxide adduct number of aliphatic alcohol ethoxylates by high performance liquid chromatography with charged aerosol detector

Abstract: A new analytical method for distribution of ethylene oxide adduct number of aliphatic alcohol ethoxylates by high performance liquid chromatography with charged aerosol detector (CAD) was developed.Using acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase, gradient elution on the C18 column could achieve chromatographic separation, and charged aerosol detector was used to obtain data. The component of the sample was separated successively in accordance with the decrease in the adduct number, and the respective components were quantified by high performance liquid chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry using positive ion scan mode. The method was simple, rapid and could be applied to production monitoring.

棕叶纤维的化学脱胶工艺

摘要: 棕叶纤维因纤维长度长、断裂强度高等优良特性,具有很好的开发利用价值。通过对棕叶纤维进行化学脱胶,探讨了氢氧化钠(NaOH)用量、硫化钠(Na2S)用量对脱胶效果的影响,并对脱胶后的棕叶纤维进行尿素改性和氨基硅油乳化处理。结果表明:在NaOH用量8%omf,下同)、Na2S用量5%、渗透剂JFC用量2%100 ℃90 min、浴比1∶10的工艺条件下,棕叶纤维的断裂强力为146 cN,线密度为1.44 tex,柔软度为202/20 cm;尿素改性后,纤维细度提升了31.9%,断裂强力仅降低5.68%;氨基硅油乳液柔软处理后,棕叶纤维柔软度为228/20 cm,为棕叶纤维的后续开发提供了一定的基础。

Process of chemical degumming on palm leaf fiber

Abstract: Because of palm leaf fiber has long fiber length, high breaking strength, it has great value in development and utilization. The process of chemical degumming on palm leaf fiber was researched. The dosage of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and sodium sulphide (Na2S) to chemical degumming effect was discussed, and the degumming palm leaf fiber was modified with urea and emulsified with amino silicone oil. The result indicated that the palm leaf fiber′s breaking strength was 146 cN, linear density 1.44 tex, softness 202 twist/20cm when NaOH 8%(omf, the same below), Na2S 5%, JFC 2%, 100 ℃, 90 min, bath ratio 110. The fiber fineness increased 31.9%, and the breaking strength only decreased 5.68% after urea modification. The softness of palm leaf fiber was 228 twist/20 cm after soft treated with amino silicone oil. Which provided certain basis for the subsequent development of palm leaf fiber.

不同低温练漂剂对棉针织物低温练漂染效果的影响

摘要: 棉针织物的传统前处理一般采用高温(约98 ℃)练漂工艺。处理过程能耗大、排污重,织物失重大、手感粗糙。低温精练剂DM-1377、双氧水活化剂DM-1430、漂特灵DM-1436、双氧水活化剂DM-1435可以在前处理中实现棉针织物60 ℃低温练漂,与传统前处理相比较,低温前处理后棉针织物的白度略低,但顶破强力、手感、失重、棉蜡保留量均有不同程度的提高。用活性BF-3B1%omf)对处理后的棉针织物进行染色,并与传统工艺进行K/S 值、色差比较,低温精练剂DM-1377处理后的织物染色性能与传统工艺相近,色差控制在合格范围内,同时具备手感好、强力保留率高、棉蜡保留率高等优点。

Scouring/bleaching/dyeing effects of different low-temperaturescouring and bleaching agent to cotton knitted fabrics

Abstract: In the traditional pretreatment of cotton knitted fabrics, exceedingly high temperatures (about 98 ℃) are usually used in the scouring and bleaching process. Such harsh conditions will lead to high energy consumption, serious pollution, high fabric mass low, tough hand feeling. The low-temperature scouring agent DM-1377, hydrogen peroxide bleaching activator DM-1430, DM-1436, DM-1435 could be used in low-temperature scouring and bleaching of cotton knitted fabric at 60 ℃. Compared with the traditional process, the whiteness of fabric treated under low-temperature slightly decreased, while the bursting strength, hand feeling, weight loss, wax reservation all had different degrees of improvement. The treated fabrics were dyed by active dye BF-3B 1%(omf), and the K/S value and color difference of which were compared with those of the traditional process. It was found that the fabrics treated by DM-1377 had the similar dyeing performance with the traditional process, the color difference was controlled in an acceptable range. And it had good hand feeling, high strength retention rate and high wax retention rate.

影响胭脂虫红墨水在真丝织物上喷墨印花效果的因素分析

摘要: 探讨了真丝织物采用天然染料胭脂虫红墨水喷墨印花效果的影响因素,结果表明:对真丝织物进行预处理可以提高天然染料喷墨印花的效果,预处理条件为:上浆剂含固量2.0%,媒染剂Al3+用量0.3%。印花后最佳汽蒸条件为:温度100 ℃、湿度100%、时间30 min。最佳工艺条件下,天然染料喷墨印花织物的耐水洗、耐摩擦色牢度优良,能够达到服用纺织品的要求。

Influencing factors of carmine ink jet printing effect on silk fabric

Abstract: The effect of natural dye carmine ink jet printing on silk fabric was discussed. The results showed that the pretreatment of silk fabric could improve the effect of natural dye ink jet printing. The pretreatment conditions were: the solid content of sizing agent was 2.0%, mordant fraction of Al3+ was 0.3%. After printing, the best steaming conditions were: steaming temperature 100 ℃, humidity 100%, steaming time 30 min. Under the optimum conditions, the natural dye ink jet printing fabric had excellent fastness to washing and rubbing, and could meet the requirement of taking textiles.
