澳新批准蛋白质-谷氨酰胺酶作为加工助剂用于部分食品

据澳大利亚政府网站消息,近日澳新食品标准局已批准蛋白质-谷氨酰胺酶作为加工助剂用于部分食品,因此修订《澳新食品标准法典》。

 

  蛋白质-谷氨酰胺酶(protein-glutaminase)作为食品生产用加工助剂时,用于改善包括焙烤食品、面条、披萨、蛋制品等产品中蛋白质的溶解性,使用限量要求为GMP。
