香炸鱼排TIPS

原料

ingredients

将鱼排裹上蛋液，

再粘满面包碎。

cover it with the breadcrumbs

炸鱼排至两面金黄色，

注意油温要低些。

慢炸。

deep fry the fishfillet to gold color.

beware the temperature,

and fry itfor a little longer time.

切柠檬装盘摆盘。

cut the lemon to decorate the plate

撒上罗勒叶，

完成。

put the basilikum on the fishfillet

then finished
